About Coliseum Theatre

The Coliseum Theatre is a 2,000-seat lyric theatre inside the West HQ entertainment, dining and fitness precinct at Rooty Hill in Greater Western Sydney. Opened in December 2019 and owned by West HQ Limited, the multi-mode venue presents theatre productions, concerts by national and international acts, and corporate events. It has three foyers and seven bars, and sits near the junction of the M4 and M7 motorways.

Getting there

Train: Rooty Hill and Mount Druitt stations are about a 10-minute walk away.

Bus: Four bus stops are on North Parade and Sherbrooke Street; the closest is about 20 metres from the West HQ foyer on Sherbrooke Street.

Car: More than 2,000 free parking spaces are on site. The theatre recommends the P1 multi-storey car park, best reached via 33 Railway Street.

Accessibility

West HQ has stair-free drop-off zones at the Main Foyer entrance and opposite the theatre at 55 Sherbrooke Street. Accessible parking includes 14 spaces on the ground floor of the P1 car park with stair-free access to the main foyer, plus spaces in P5 with lift access. Wheelchair seating is in Row X of the Stalls and is booked through the West HQ Box Office on (02) 9677 4916. Lifts, accessible toilets on each level and an infrared hearing augmentation system are provided, and assistance dogs are welcome. For other needs email accessibility@coliseumtheatre.com.au.
