TIX is a marketing channel for live entertainment that promotes events but does not sell or issue tickets directly. When you click a BUY NOW button on TIX, you are taken to the official venue or promoter’s ticketing provider to complete your purchase. All ticket payments, confirmations, and delivery are handled by that ticketing vendor, not by TIX
TIX is not a ticket seller or ticket reseller; it is a promotional platform that links only to authorised venue and event ticketing providers. This means every offer on TIX should take you to an official ticketing page for that event, helping you avoid unauthorised resellers and scalpers.
Start by checking your email inbox and spam folder for any confirmation or receipt related to the event; this will usually show the ticketing vendor’s name and contact details. You can also look at the event page on TIX, which will indicate where the BUY NOW button redirects. If you still cannot identify the vendor, contact TIX with your event details and we will point you in the right direction.
Your tickets and confirmation email come from the ticketing vendor you purchased through, not from TIX. To find them, log in to the same account and email address you used on the ticketing vendor’s website, then check your “My tickets” or “My orders” section and your email inbox and spam folder. If you still cannot see anything, check your bank statement to confirm the purchase went through and then contact the ticketing vendor directly so they can locate and reissue your tickets.
TIX cannot change seat locations, dates, names, or process refunds because TIX does not have access to the ticketing vendor’s booking system. Any changes, exchanges, or refunds must be requested directly from the official ticketing vendor shown on your confirmation email or ticket, and will be subject to that vendor’s terms and conditions.
Many TIX offers are valid only on selected dates, times, or price categories (for example, A Reserve tickets only or specific performance dates). First, go back to the event page on TIX and carefully check the offer’s terms and conditions against the tickets you are trying to select. If you are sure you have selected the correct performance and ticket type and still do not see the offer, contact TIX as there may be a link or configuration issue that needs to be fixed.
TIX can help you identify the correct official ticketing vendor and confirm the offer details, but cannot access your booking, resend tickets, or process refunds. For any order-specific issues - such as missing tickets, incorrect dates, or payment problems - you will need to contact the ticketing vendor that processed your purchase, as they control the ticketing system and your transaction record.
Many Australian venues promoted on TIX accept Companion Cards, but Companion Card bookings are handled directly by each venue’s ticketing vendor, not by TIX. In most cases you will either select a Companion Card ticket during the vendor’s online checkout or arrange it through their box office and then present a valid Companion Card when you collect your tickets or enter the venue. Because policies vary, always check the venue or ticketing vendor’s website - or contact them directly - before booking to confirm exactly how Companion Card tickets are issued for that event.
Yes. TIX is designed to help you buy from official ticketing vendors by sending you directly to authorised ticketing pages for each event. By following TIX links and avoiding unofficial resale sites, you reduce the risk of paying inflated prices, buying invalid tickets, or having tickets cancelled under anti‑scalping policies.
If your question is about your existing booking- such as ticket delivery, payment issues, seat changes, or refunds - contact the official ticketing vendor shown on your confirmation email or ticket, as they control your order. If you are unsure who the vendor is, cannot find the offer you saw on TIX, or have questions about an offer listed on TIX, contact the TIX team and we will help direct you to the right place.
