Brisbane Powerhouse

Ferry: The closest terminal is New Farm Park, at the end of Brunswick Street, about a 440 m walk through New Farm Park. Ferries run every 15 to 30 minutes towards the City and University of Queensland, and towards Northshore Hamilton.

Bus: Route 196 stops at Brunswick St at Oxlade Dr (480 m walk through New Farm Park). Route 199 stops at Merthyr Rd at Hawthorne St (700 m).

Car: Parking is limited and the venue encourages public transport. The paid Brisbane Powerhouse Car Park (148 spaces, enter from Lamington Street) operates 24/7, and the free New Farm Park car park (200 spaces) is entered from Brunswick Street.

Brisbane Powerhouse has six accessible parking bays in its Lamington Street car park, about 65 m from the main entrance, with a lift from the car park to the foyer forecourt. Accessible seating is available for wheelchair users; tell the Box Office when booking, at least 24 hours ahead. Balcony seating in the Powerhouse Theatre is not wheelchair accessible. Accessible toilets are on all levels, hearing loops are available in the Underground Theatre and Powerhouse Theatre on request, wheelchairs can be borrowed from the welcome desk, and Companion Cards are accepted unless otherwise stated.
