About Hindley Street Music Hall

Hindley Street Music Hall is a live music venue on Hindley Street in the West End of Adelaide's CBD. It opened in September 2022 after a $6 million redevelopment of the former HQ Complex nightclub by Five Four Entertainment, Secret Sounds and Live Nation. The split-level, 1,800-capacity room, with a mezzanine and balcony, sits between The Gov and Thebarton Theatre in size and hosts touring and local acts.

Getting there

Public transport: The venue is in the city's West End on Hindley Street. Plan train, tram or bus trips with Adelaide Metro.

Car: There is no venue car park. Metered street parking is available nearby, and the closest paid car park is UPark Light Square.

Accessibility

Hindley Street Music Hall is wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry at street level via the Box Office door and a lift from the main foyer to all levels, including the Balcony Bar, dance floor, main bar and mezzanine. A mobility viewing area is near the main bar, accessible gender-neutral toilets are on every floor, and the venue is KultureCity sensory-inclusive certified. Shows are usually general admission standing; to arrange seating, priority wheelchair entry or a Companion Card ticket, email hello@hindleymusichall.com.au before the show and advise Moshtix of wheelchair access needs when booking.
