Does TIX sell the actual tickets themselves?
TIX is a marketing channel for live entertainment. We promote events but do not process ticket orders. By clicking the BUY NOW button, you are transferred to the official venue ticketing providers for that event. Any subsequent ticketing enquiries are best directed to the venue ticketing providers.
I haven’t received a confirmation email and I can’t find my tickets?
Most of the time you are required to log into or create an account with the ticketing vendor in order to process an order for tickets. The best way to find confirmation or your tickets is to log back in to that same account you purchased the tickets with and you should see your tickets, instructions on how to obtain your tickets or confirmation of your purchase of tickets.
If you cannot see anything on your account, firstly make sure it was the correct email address and account you originally purchased the tickets with, check your bank statement to ensure the tickets actually processed or contact the ticketing vendor directly as they will have access to the system and can look up your information and locate and re-issue your tickets.

I booked the wrong date. What can I do?
It happens! Unfortunately, as we do not have access to the ticketing system we cannot change this for you. Please contact the ticketing vendor who sold you the tickets and they may be able to assist you in changing your tickets. You can find out who sold you the tickets on your email confirmation or on the ticket itself.

I can’t see the discount price when I select tickets?
Firstly, head to the event page on our website and ensure the tickets you have selected are within the terms & conditions of that offer. Often our offers are valid for a short time, on selected dates or on selected price levels, eg. A Reserve only.
If you have checked the terms and conditions of the offer and have selected the correct tickets but cannot see the offer, please contact us as there may be an error with the link that we need to fix.
