About Mindful Glow: Candlelit Sound Bath

In this transformational journey, an experienced instructor will immerse you in the uplifting sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, flute, the Sun Gong and more. You will get to experience the revitalising effects of sound therapy, which will help rejuvenate your body and mind. And the best part? You will be surrounded by the calming light of hundreds of candles. This is your chance to let go of bad energy as you become infused with positivity and serenity.
