In 2027, Odyssey is moving to the warmer month of August, giving festivalgoers the perfect weather to enjoy a weekend of live music, camping and celebration under the open sky.
Leading the 2027 lineup on Saturday, August 21, are two spectacular co-headliners: Forever Farnham featuring Michael Vee, celebrating the legendary music of John Farnham, and Starshine - The Stevie Nicks & Fleetwood Mac Tribute, bringing the unmistakable songs and spirit of two of rock music’s most enduring icons to the stage.
They’ll be joined by The Australian Beach Boys Show, The Australian Blondie Show and Midnight Special - The Creedence Clearwater Revival Show, delivering a hit-packed journey through the golden years of rock.
The festivities begin on Friday night, August 20, with Stereo City Nights - a pre-festival celebration of the glamour, groove and energy of the 1970s. Alongside a high-energy DJ set from DJ Clariti packed with the era’s biggest hits, Melbourne-based eight-piece Yacht Rock Revival will perform the smooth sounds of ’70s light rock.
Expect timeless favourites from Toto, Billy Ocean, Phil Collins, Peter Cetera, Kenny Loggins, Little River Band, Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates and more - the perfect way to ease into the Odyssey weekend.
With on-site camping available across the weekend, Odyssey Festival is the perfect excuse to gather your friends, pack the car and escape the everyday. Come for the music, stay for the party and head home with a whole new collection of memories.

Maryborough Showgrounds and Equestrian Park is a 105-hectare event site with frontage to the Bruce Highway, about 6 km north-west of Maryborough's CBD on Queensland's Fraser Coast. It was developed by the former Maryborough City Council and is now run by Fraser Coast Regional Council. It hosts equestrian events, expos, festivals, concerts and the Fraser Coast Agricultural Show, with exhibition halls, pavilions, arenas and a grandstand.
Getting there
Car: Maryborough is about a three-hour (254 km) drive north of Brisbane via the Bruce Highway. The showgrounds are on the highway about 6 km north-west of the Maryborough CBD and 30 km from Hervey Bay.
Train: Queensland Rail runs daily services from Brisbane, Rockhampton and Cairns to Maryborough West station, a short drive from the venue.
