Delete your account in the app
1. Open the TIX app.
2. Select Account.
3. Open your profile and select Delete account.
4. Select Confirm account deletion.
This removes your mobile profile, saved locations, preferences, active sessions and notification registration. It also unsubscribes your email address from TIX marketing.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, use our contact form with the email address associated with your TIX account. Write Account deletion in the message.
TIX support may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
A HubSpot contact record and deletion audit note may be retained where required for security, legal and operational purposes. The contact will be marked as deleted from TIX Mobile and unsubscribed from marketing. See our privacy page for more information.
