TIX is a marketing channel for live entertainment. We promote events but do not process ticket orders. The best way to find confirmation or your tickets is to log back in to that same account you purchased the tickets with and you should see your tickets, instructions on how to obtain your tickets or confirmation of your purchase of tickets.

If you cannot see anything on your account, firstly make sure it was the correct email address and account you originally purchased the tickets with, check your bank statement to ensure the tickets actually processed or contact the ticketing vendor directly as they will have access to the system and can look up your information and locate and re-issue your tickets.

Please contact the ticketing vendor who sold you the tickets and they may be able to assist you in changing your tickets. You can find out who sold you the tickets on your email confirmation or on the ticket itself.
