About the event

This darkly comic, hilariously disturbing southern gothic tale is a vaudevillian ghost story told by eleven larger than life characters by award -winning actor Jay James-Moody (The Book of Mormon, She Loves Me, The Drowsy Chaperone). 1929 – the year panic became respectable. When the malevolent spirit of murdered vaudevillian possesses the body of a young boy’s body to exact his revenge and stage a comeback, the Nookin family find themselves on the lam and heading toward Hollywood and a finale none of them could ever predict.

“Jay James-Moody... hits the comic timing sweet spot repeatedly.”

SMH

“Jay James-Moody is one of the most watchable performers in musical theatre. He has exceptional comic timing, boundless energy and a great eye as director. He has stage presence aplenty.”
